Can I select the first name, username, and domain names for the account I purchase?
Currently, we use generic first names, usernames, and domains, but you can book a batch today to have it pre-warmed. Your billing will start when you receive the account, but you pay in advance to book the batch.
Do you work on existing domains?
Currently, we don't work with your new or existing domains because we spend a lot of time warming our own domains and making their deliverability superior, so neither we support integration with your domains, nor will we in future
What is the delivery time?
Within a few seconds of order placement, inboxes will be automatically imported, and SMTP and IMAP information will be sent over to you by mail so you can connect those inboxes anywhere you want
Better than having dedicated IPs?
Having pre-warmed IPs is way better than getting your dedicated IP because ESPs require a healthy sending history, which takes a lot of time and effort to make sure we land on inbox, and PrewarmSMTP has a pool of thousands of prewarmed IPs, and we continuously warm up those IPs and making sure each and every email you send is getting loved by ESPs
